V-Carving

Is it possible (or are there any plans to make it possible) to generate V-Carving paths with FreeCAD?

I was browsing the Internet for something like that and came across this open source program named F-Engrave which is written in Python:

Can't do it yet but have some plans. Now that openvoronoi has be re-licensed as lgpl, v-carving is even more do-able.

Just needs someone to jump in and make it happen.
