Help with milling all the way to edge of part

I'm not able to figure out what path method or setting to use to get all these corners completely machined away. I have 3 paths now, a mill face, profile faces and helix (for the center hole) How do i get rid of the conrners?

It won't be automatic but you can probably get what you want by using the dogbone dressup on your profile operation.

You might have to apply multiple dressups and configure them differently to get the correct clearing for all the corners but it should be possible.

Hi,

this stuff can easily done with the outside mode from the new experimental adaptive tool.

I really hate to ask this, but how do i install this 'adaptive' tool? I looked at the GIT and it seems as though it needs to be compiled. and the commands to do so look like linux commands. I'm on win 7?
