Tool Library Chamfer mill bug

In path module the tool library dose not remember the flat radius parameter for any tool that has it.

steps to recreate:

1. open freecad got to path
3. open tool library press new tool
3. create any tool that has a flat radius parameter
4. input any non zero number into flat radios
5. press ok
6. flat radius stays 0 ind tool libary

I cannot reproduce here. Please update to a current 0.19 version (mine is already outdated, but yours is even older).
