[SOLVED] Cannot modify the step-over of the helix

@ Default of Outside overwrites Def: of Inside in generator.

Updated the PR. Default is now 50% stepover.
Default for the generator is now 'Outside'. This does not affect behavior in the GUI.

Thanks for the review. The initial small stepover to avoid the untouched center bump is possible. I don't want to touch it before release. We can revisit in 0.21
