Adding CMake Finder for PySide and Shiboken

Post here if you have re-based and finalised code to integrate into master, which was discussed, agreed to and tested in other forums. You can also submit your PR directly on github.

Updated my pull request. The Shiboken2_LIBRARY cmake variable should now contain the full path and filename of the c++ shared library.

I have not had a chance to test this on windows or mac...because I don't have windows or mac :-P
