Among the posters who have already replied you have posters who "know about" airplane design, concrete structures, steel structures (my favorite subject), and roof trusses and FEA software. Where else would you get that sort of help and advice for free
However this is your thread and your question and I think it has the potential to lead us on another fascinating journey into what is (for you and I) the unknown. Lets hope so!
I have a couple of layman's questions start with:-
1. What is stopping the top horizontal members being squashed from a square shape into a diamond shape?
2. Can this tower rotate? or to put it another way "twist" on its vertical axis?
EDIT: One more question:-
3. What is this tower supporting - weight, shape, size?

Horizontal stiffeners
Question 2:
Yes. But less with stiffeners.
Question 3:
Foundation missing. However..
Calculating foundation/soil interaction is the job of @HarryvL

It’s a FEM paradox - beam elements were developed first and yet up to this day there’s no user-friendly, complete and reliable open-source environment for calculations of beam and frame structures. It’s even hard to find anything for plane frames for free. I must admit Thomas with my limited understanding of this subject, I have been struggling to come to terms with the answer to question 1. So much so that I conducted a little experiment with a card board box and a book.
