How do I create concentrated mass on element in calculix?

I am very interested in this also. Include mass and stiffness solely to ONE node. Here there is a discussion about that, maybe this thread help you.

To partly answer your question...
In https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=31123 is spoken about selecting single nodes and give them a material proporties(cleate a node group) or a group name... if this would be added in master OR a FCscript file (not at home now and I don't remember the file type)

If this is done it is easy to modify the inp file to give the group custom mass
