mhh the problem I see is FreeCAD applys forces on geometry, but you oly have a mesh as result for the next step. Do you know calculix and abaqus inp file format? Directly in inp it is for sure possible what you whould like to do.

What is weird in your picture: The upper row and the right most column have to be fully filled like in my picture. Did you have to change the code in order to get rid of numpy? The filling takes place in line 169 - 170. When these are filled, then there is no problem with calculix, because the contraints are applied at these faces represented by the border volumes. In my case it is running like charm.

I will try next a time dependent force which changes in angle, so that the bending has to follow along like a turning door.
I could not perform your Python script. :-(
