I tried on win10 64bit, but warning of Gmsh
Warning: Surface mesh: worst distortion = -1.09168 (avg = 0.977715, 8 elements with jac.
I can calculate it.
* ERROR in e_c3d: nonpositive jacobian
determinant in element 31324
* ERROR in e_c3d: nonpositive jacobian

Factoring the system of equations using the symmetric spools solver
Using up to 1 cpu (s) for spooles.
15.0: CalculiX done!
15.2: Loading result sets ...
And no result comes out,
If you know the solution, please tell me.
By the way, it doesn't work well with NetGen because it is thin.

Calculix breaks(read stop calculation) with negative jacobian...
I guess this happens a lot. Best it to decrease the meshsize (locally where the negative jacobians are) till the message about the negative jacobian isn't throwed anymore. Than the calculation will finish

Re: Warning with Gmsh, with ver 0.17 FEM: Error even with calculation
I saw that you are using 0.17. It is better to use at least 0.18. Using the development version (0.19) would be better for using FEM.
Re: Warning with Gmsh, with ver 0.17 FEM: Error even with calculation
Yeah, simple workaround is to decrease mesh size ! and yes use 0.18.2 or even better 0.19 version for FEM! see https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=12212
