HARMONIC - *MODAL DAMPING

Hi,
I am facing problem running *STEADY STATE DYNAMICS (HARMONIC) analysis with *BASE MOTION and *MODAL DAMPING with critical damping factor all together. Do you have any ideas how to make it works? Base motion command is available from 2.15 ccx version. If I change *MODAL DAMPING to RAYLEIGH, it works.

I am enclosing testing file which I am trying to run (just change extension).
