Implemented ccx's CENTRIF label from *DLOAD card

more code refactor in calculix writer, thus once more the centrif writer code was adapted. I am done ATM.

- I changed the name of the axis parameter to RotationAxis
- If no solid is added to the reference all volume elements are used
