Fem : Calculix Error 16

Hello,
This is my first post on this forum.

I tried to do a simple FEM analysis on a pipeline structure.
->Applied constraints on all 4 legs.
->Applied force on of the top corner edge
-> system shows CALCULIX Finished with error 16.

What is the reason for this error.
Am I missing something basic ?
I could not find about this error in in forum. How can I overcome such issue. I have attached the Assembly File & error Screenshot.
Please help me resolve the error.

Are you able to use the FreeCAD FEM standard cantilever example from FEM utilities example gui?

Would you post your FreeCAD version information?

There is no FEM analysis in your file? It is just geometry.

Are you able to use the FreeCAD FEM standard cantilever example from FEM utilities example gui?. Yes I was able to do cantilever simulation in my system .

Please guide further.

If you clear the mesh (clear it do not delete the object) the file has just about 118 kB and it could be attached easily. Since I have ASM3 not installaed, the file I have saved migth miss something ...

Thanks for showing the way to reduce the file size. I have attached the file after clearing the mesh.

Please let me know the steps further.

Also I wanted to mention my system has 4 gb RAM. Just in case if that could hinder the performance and result in error.

Hello!

First: Please delete all unneeded elements. I get dozens off errors because i have not addons installed and also have not all of your subparts.

Second: You have not cleared the mesh right. Keep the object, rightclick on the object and press Clear FEM mesh. This is imported to get all your settings. When i mesh your object with autosettings i get a very bad mesh.
