How to design CAD to be the closest to real analysis?

Post by xsuper9988 »

I have a question
Screw lock like this
How to design CAD to be the closest to real analysis

If it is a machine
When the machine is designed
There are many main structural parts
I need to use the "assembly 4" function
It even contains the STEP files provided by the manufacturer
There seems to be a lot of errors when testing with FEM

Add description

Because some friends replied
Weldment is not equal to a complete body(Without assembly, integrated molding)
The same logic is in the assembly of parts

So I want to discuss the parts assembly project(Screw locking type)
