OK, but you probably (must) cut the rebars at the bottom.
Is there enough remaining steel? Without drawings even a structural
engineer can do nothing.

Hello,

it is 99% sure that I will have to cut the rebars as shown on the picture.
So the best would be to cut more than needed and create a new lintel.
And I think the new lintel can be put into the wall, set on concrete sole without the necessity to add at the two extremities of the lintel vertical reinforcement like we do when we create a complete new opening into a concrete wall.

Cut that 500mm through and put back a UB 300 steel lintel. No concrete simulation.
