Is the data structure Part in PartDesign implemented yet?

I am now getting the hang of the PartDesign GUI. I am using the github master head, which has the latest commit of PartDesign next, am I correct?

I have created a body, which has some interesting PartDesign operations. Now I want to set up instances for this body. According to this:

I would need to create a part for each instance, am I correct? So I create a new part in the PartDesign GUI. However, when I click that part, all I can do is to change the colour and placement, but there is nothing in the Combo view, menu or toolbar that allows me to put an instance of the body into this part. When I activate the part, its task panel is empty, where I would expect a function called "add a body".

So is "the data structure part" implemented yet? Or am I looking at the wrong git branch?
