Constraints not visible while sketching

I am using FC version 0.18. I'm following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JFvtkKbxBI&t=297s tutorial to sketch. But when i am drawing lines using polygon tool, it is not showing any type of constraints like if it is perpendicular, paraller etc.

Are auto constraints enabled?
