I'm trying to constrain an object with a pivot.
It will apply the first circular/axial constraint.
When I try and place a angular, second constraint, the objects move and/or flip in plane orientation
Or
When trying to place a Z level, the objects go in weird directions, not expected
I am familiar with CAD, and am pretty sure my concept is sound,
why do things move, when a constraint is define ?
"Constrained" object(s) move ...

Hi _Tau, welcome to the forum.
you will realize that things move in a way that keeps your constraints valid. Sometimes there are different valid solutions. It is best to move everything in your sketch as close as possible to its final destination.
With angles make sure you don't have the opposite angle specified.
