AS3 Problem with PlaneCoincident and PlaneAlignement

I have problem using PlaneCoincident .
When I do it the parts does not move and I have the folowings messages:
Constraint ""Constraint002(LineVertica)"<LineVertical>" requires a sketch plane
or a 2nd element to define a projection plane

Can you help me?
