How do I make the constraints tools active

Thank you @babaroga for testing and confirming.
This is very strange to me and i think, i need help of a Qt-specialist. This part of A2plus has not been changed for some month and was always working. I will try to investigate what is wrong.

Any idea/help is highly appreciated.

I have found that the constraints dialog appears on double click when it is the first thing I do after loading an assembly immediately on FC startup. It will work repeatedly if I use "accept" to exit the dialog but if I click the "X" in the top right to exit the dialog no longer appears.
