[ANSWERED]a2plus cannot duplicate solid defined in same file

After creating a solid using PartDesign WB, I notice I cannot duplicate this object in a2plus WB.

Instructions
-------------
create new document
switch to PartDesign WB
create sketch
pad sketch to create a solid
switch to A2plus WB
highlight solid
select menu:A2plus>Create duplicate of a part
***Notice the menu item is disabled.

The duplicate function only works for A2plus objects in an assembly file. It is not intended to be used directly within PartDesign.
