I have a situation using A2Plus V0.4.29 where I would like to place a part in an assembly a known distance from a feature of that assembly. Ideally, I'd like to place the part, maybe use the Planes Coincident constraint to align them, and them add a dimensional constraint to locate the part along the plane the correct distance from said feature. However, I don't see a tool to accomplish this.
Is this something coming in the future? Are there any suggestions for an alternative approach for what I want to do given the current capabilities?
Thanks

Re: Dimensional constraints in A2Plus
Hi Bill,
In some of the constraints is a parameter called offset. It is by default 0. If you change it, you have what you want to achieve.

Re: Dimensional constraints in A2Plus
Sure enough, the coincident plane constraint with the appropriate offset does exactly what I want it to do.
Thanks for the help.
