A2+ Icon for extra dialog stays grey.

When I use the extra dialog for the constraints and then close the dialog the icon stays grey out. To get the icon enabled I need to undo a command. Whether I create one or ten constraints only one undo is needed.
It works correctly in version 18. Stays grey in 19.

For me the same. Clicking the FC title bar after closing the dialog brings back the icon being active. I will look for this at weekend.
