Hi Guys,
hope you´re all well! Iam very new in the forum and meanwhile i did read a view things.
Because of my old job i have 5 years expirience with Solid Works and now i have a private project with a view friends.
We want to build up a offroad Buggy. I decided to try the construction with FC.
Now first step i is to build up a chassis frame with rectangular tubing 30x30x2.
I decided to make the assembly with a2plus because that workflow reminds me on that in SW. I like the constrain mechanik.
Its very helpfull to have the advantage that the hole assembly updates when i change some single part.
The frame is a symmetrical assambly. For this in some ways it would be helpfull to have symmetrical constrains. Iam not shure, but i dont get those constrains / pairings work with a2plus. I even tried to make me some "help geomitry". For this i tried do some sketches in Parts and a2plus WB directly. I tried to do sioe Datum Planes in the Parts. I was looking for a coordinate system in a2plus WB but i dont find a propper solution.
So may possible that i have the wrong thinking. But eventually you have some ideas for a nice solution!
I will attach an example assambly and the Parts.
Here a Pic to show you what i want:

Re: Buggy Chassis a2plus symmetric design
because nobody seems to have a suitable answer, i offer you an alternative way. if you want, I can link videos to you here.
Greetings Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Ya, it's quite silent in this Topic. But I can't imagine that iam the only one with this problem. Most of the "big" CAD Systems work on Constrained Assemblies.
How ever. Show me your Video. Iam interested in your suggestion!
