i use LinkStage3 .
Revolve a selected sketch tool sometime make mistake in part design workbench.
i create first sketch and draw a line Parallel to y axis.
i create second sketch and draw a rectangle.
then i use Revolve a selected sketch tool to create a ring.
but sometime it work,sometime it makes mistake .

another case is i pad the sketch which draw a rectangle.
i select the top face to use Revolve a selected sketch tool,but it is wrong .
it sames nothing has changed.
i know sometime it is work, but it should be work all the time.

the work i made you can download and open it in linkstage3.
the result should be looks like this picture.you can Compare them.

i make two pictures in this dialog.
one is in Revolve a selected sketch tool, it look like good.
another is the picture after i click the ok in tool. it is not revolved. nothing has changed.

a gif shows the ring in tool and nothing happened after click 'ok'.
and sometime it worked very well.

In yours 2 files, just opening and closing Sketch(000) do the job !!! ???

just click the sketch000, and close the sketch000 does not work in my computer.
maybe in you computer ,the program changed something.

you use master version, i am not.
i use linkstage3.
and sometime my version is work well with this tool, but sometime it is like my picture shows.
