Hello,
Could any one help me how to make a cylinder tangent to a planner face using assembly3 WB ?

Here's how you can achieve it:
- In Assembly3, first select one circular end of the cylinder
- Then, select the planar face
- Select the PointsPlaneDistance contraint
- Edit then "Distance" value in the constraint to set it to the cylinder radius
- Redo the steps for the other cylinder end
