A2+ constraint not maintained after file is closed

Haven't used A2+ in a while...and I'm use today github source for 0.20.

• If I import and set fixed Position true (call it A)
• The create a Body, Sketch and Pad (call it B)
• Then select a face of the A and a face of B and set a parallel constraint.
• B moves as expected.
• Save file
• Close file
• Reopen
• B is back to where it started
• The constraints are still in the tree

Recompute doesn't change anything

I'm assuming I'm doing it wrong...
