That both pages are not up to date is a serious problem. And that two similar commands are described in totally different ways is very strange. But of course it is possible to disagree. People can and do have different quality standards.

Regarding a versioned wiki: I have made my point there. I do not have anything to add. Ultimately it is not for me to decide anyway. And I do not have enough knowledge to answer your technical questions.

Regarding ToDo lists: I do not think there is an official one.
