On the AppImage page is a link, currently 26375 ...
... leading directly to the development AppImage. However, it uses {{:Template:Development-Version}} which is currently not working properly. It is not listed among the only to be used templates.
I have no idea how it works, but if it is supposed to be updated manually, then I would prefer to include a more generic link to the weekly page.
For convenience: Here is a link to the template: https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Template:De ... nt-Version.

Re: Dead link with AppImage template
This system of using a template to keep versions in sync for the various downloads is no longer used consistently. If a new version is released several pages need to be updated. We may have to look at this.

Re: Dead link with AppImage template
We shouldn't have things in the wiki which rely on immediate manual actions. Having those relying on single persons is even worse. I changed the text for now, it doesn't look as nice as before, but it works. It can of course be changed, if a satisfactory solution is found.

Re: Dead link with AppImage template
In the past (up to May 2nd of this year) Template:Development-Version was updated automatically.
Re: Dead link with AppImage template
It would be great to have that back!
