Re: Updated Bugtracker wiki documentation
Started working on a wiki page to explain how to bug triage. So far I've barely started with explaining the different ticket status's that we have in mantis and how FC uses them.
Observations:
Currently FC doesn't really employ the usage of the Acknowledged status. Even though there are some tickets labeled with it.
All Confirmed tickets most likely have been bugs that are reproducible or feature requests that have been considered useful and have merit to be realized someday.

Re: Updated Bugtracker wiki documentation
Thank you for doing this! This will be helpful for so many, including myself I've had a few problems with bug triage so far and that documentation is just perfect
