Tutorial outdated

In the tutorial about 3D printing is a part about GCode generation. That is outdated and is probably based on 0.16 path generation.

How should we handle this? I see the following options:

- Leave it as it is and mark it as 0.16 -
- Delete the GCode part
- Update the section about GCode generation
- Divide it in two and update the GCode generation

Ouch! And the new Tutorials page gives it visibility...

For now maybe a warning could be added to the relevant section, using the VeryImportantMessage template, used like this:
