Switch to Windows.

I have that panel in Windows FC versions 0.16, 0.17, and 0.18. Slightly different due to changes in the options available, but essentially the same panel. Sounds like some sort of packaging problem in the linux distribution(s).

Already tried in Windows.
Activated all the WBs of the basic installation, it does not appear.
Instead, Mesh view appears.

Just wait to see if anyone knows where it comes from, or if it has to be removed
