CompoundFilter documentation

Since months I wanted to add the documentation for Part->CompoundFilter. Now I cannot find even an empty page, so here are some questions:
- Does this page exist, and if so, where is it?
- If it doesn't exist how do I create a new page so that it is in the right place?
- How do I create these nice black and white before->op->after images?
