Preview option in translation tool?

As I wasn't able to find a suitable answer in the forum:

When using the translation tool it sometimes would be nice to have a "preview" button like the one in this forum. Especially when changing links to external sites I changed the wrong parts and it took several attempts which are now present in the version history helping noone :-/.

Is there such an option and I haven't found it? If there isn't an option would it possible to add one?

I don't think there's a preview option. It sure would be useful.

Looking around I found the https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/FreeCADDocu:Sandbox. So far it seems to be the only workaround.
