PM Editors

I noticed that it is not possible to send a PM to the last users admitted to the editors group.
The new editors are certainly animated by a lot of goodwill, but they probably do not know the whole wiki story.
Being able to communicate directly with the new editors would allow us to inform them about things already discussed and decided, without rediscovering them in the forum.
Just for an example:
The last edit in https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/Part_Helix/fr is

instead of

but I can not make direct contact with the author of the changes
I think that all new editors should obligatorily accept the PM, as usual.
