Transform tool

Is there documentation about the transform tool in the wiki? I men the move and tilt tool which you get on double click of Part primitves.
I could not find it searching for "Transform".

Can the page be renamed? If not, could you please create a new page in the right place with the correct name. I think it should be just "Transform", because that's what the menu says.

We could fill it based on the Italian version and Normand's comment.

"What is This" does not activate on this command.
