Sketcher Workbench improvement by making Sketcher_Dialog more prominent

Couple of points here:

• Sketcher Workbench is missing a natural continuation with Sketcher Dialog in other words IMO the Sketcher Dialog needs more prominence, perhaps it's own section
• Sketcher Dialog Needs screenshots. Preferably from a sweet looking darktheme (which mine does not look like)

I suggest standardizing the name "task panel" for any such interfaces that appear in the tasks tab. So, "Sketcher task panel".

The screenshots should preferably use the regular theme, not a sweet, dark theme.
