Create link to non existing translated page

Hi all,
I could not find a hint how to create a link on the english master page to the translated and currently not existing language page.
Example page:
https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/SheetMetal_Workbench
here German language is not containing in the header.

And the page
https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/SheetMetal_Workbench/de
is currently not existing.

Who has admin rights and could fix this issue?

Done. With the translation tool you can create the pages /de yourself.
Example. A page that does not exist:
SheetMetal Workbench/pl https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/SheetMetal_Workbench/pl
There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title in other pages, search the related logs, or create this page.
Click on "create this page"
This text appears:
Permission error
You do not have permission to create this page, for the following reason:
This page cannot be updated manually. This page is a translation of the page SheetMetal Workbench and the translation can be updated using the translation tool.
Click on "translation tool"
