Rename: External_workbenches to External_workbench

The External_workbenches page should be renamed to External_workbench. Another one, Macros should be Macro.

Why? Because when linking pages it's better to use singular nouns than plural nouns in a flowing sentence.

For example, "The EM Workbench is an external workbench".

Since the page does not exist, I need to rewrite my sentence, which is annoying,

For example, "The EM Workbench is one the external workbenches".

In the wiki itself a link can be made plural easily

However, when the original link is plural it can only be used in the second way.
