TechDraw page renaming request

Dear Wiki maintainers, can you please perform the following page renamings

old_name -> new_name
TechDraw_RichTextBlock -> TechDraw_RichTextAnnotation
TechDraw_Quadrant -> TechDraw_Quadrants
TechDraw_WeldingSymbol -> TechDraw_WeldSymbol

Since the functions described by the Wiki pages are new in FC 0.19 there is no need to keep the old pages.

This page should be kept for a possible further FC 0.18.x release.
