Renderers install instructions

Hello, I have created three pages on the wiki for POV-Ray, LuxCoreRender, LuxRender and their installation/configuration to work with FreeCAD.
Links to these pages have been inserted in part of the pages where relevant.

I would be glad if anyone could check the new pages and correct mistakes/improve them/insert links in other wiki pages that need them etc. :D

Also these pages have yet to be marked for translations
