Creating_a_simple_part_with_PartDesign -> Reverse Pad

The wiki is good stuff, well done guys! It can be confusing at times for new timers, but I hope to try help with that with my fresh newb glasses.

It says

check the Reversed box to reverse the direction of the Pad

but then the rest of the tutorial images it looks like this option was not checked, is that correct or am I missing something?

Side note: Also howcome my axis is so much smaller? Is it possible to make it as shown in the wiki?
