I don't know the wiki software well enough

I think there a no need to know about the software, you just need to replace XXX_Module with XXX_Workbench, etc... many, many times.
I also corrected a couple of pages. But every time I get distracted by a lot of translations that need to be corrected.
I have a feeling that almost everything is already almost done.

Is it possible to automate this work with a bot?

Re: [In progress] About modules and workbenches in wiki.
there is a regex extension that one could use (dunno if it is hooked up on this wiki though),
however imho the wiki is too wildgrown currently when it comes to link styles to let a regex loose on the source.
who knows... maybe the possible future ability to let a regex loose on the wiki is my hidden agendas to spend some time aligning links
and mg, yes - it is slow and tedious - if it was not for Roy_043 the overall progress would have been a 100th of what it is now...

Sorry for neglecting to fully participate...just have a lot going on.
We really should be using the python wiki bot
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Pywikibot
Last I used it, which was quite a while ago now, it broke due to some changes made to the freecad backend web infrastructure. I used to it among other things to automatically update the Development-Version template that is used on the Appimage up until May of this year.
If I have time in the next few days I can log in to the server and try to resurrect it...

Gentlemen, I have a request for clarification.
Should I treat Plot module interchangeably with Plot Workbench? Is it the same

Re: [In progress] About modules and workbenches in wiki.
undecided, there is an earlier post in the thread raising the issue...
up to you, leave it or rename - about the same probability that it needs to be touched later on anyway...
also not that many links when all comes around - so do not matter that much in the grand scheme of things.

Re: [In progress] About modules and workbenches in wiki.
well recently this module has been split leaving the workbench part of it as an external addon but the core of the module in master https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/pull/4971
should there be separate pages for each or just a clarification in the page?
