links on wiki pages of macro are not translatable

on Macro_FCBmpImport & Macro_3DXML_import, the links on the rigtht side are not translatable and I don't remember how to.

Use the /fr version of the template: see f.e. https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Macro_FlattenWire/fr
