Idea for Frame Construction Module

Hi,
unfortunately I don't have programing skills, but I saw very useful utility for frame constructions. Please see attached links and maybe someone would take care of it:

This are basically the tools I have used with the "Pie-Menu" to create this bicycle-frame: https://vimeo.com/80840241. The "Pie-Menu" had some issues I never could solve, so the code is now in form of a workbench...

are you still working on this? That would be extreamly useful from my side I could prepare profiles acc. to norms and it could be a catalogue for choose shapes to do frames.
