Macro Screw Maker 2.0 win 4K bugs

Hi All,
Facing in constructing my experiments I found this strange behavior in the Macro Screaw Maker1 2 (2.0 version):
On 27" 4K monitor
On windows10pro and FreeCad 0.18 15860 (Git)
On windows10pro and FreeCad 0.17 13541 (Git)

OS: Windows 10
Word size of OS: 64-bit
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.18.15860 (Git)
Build type: Release
Branch: master

The 10642ISO screw look like this ...The hexagon is out of the screw.

Can this depend on the monitor resolution and how the macro is programmed or depend on some libraries on win10pro that messed up the macro?
I'm noob , so if you have something to ask , please be detailed.
