Manipulating InList and OutList

I have wiki access now and will be updating the related pages so that others are aware.

Feel free to propose any other documentation changes. Especially in the FreeCAD API where we are sorely missing a large quantity.

Should this documentation get it's own wiki page or be a part of something else ?

It could have been put with the Properties page, but there is some discussion of InList and OutList, as well as specific example code. It's a topic for more advanced scripting uses I think. I did not want to lengthen the Properties page for the code and for discussion of the DAG. I think there could also be further explanation of the assembly "PropertyXLink" fields and that this too would want its own sample code.

So, I put it on its own for now and linked it from the code samples page.
