spreadsheet and perimeter of irregular shaped rooms!!!

how can i add perimeter, area and volume of an irregular room to spreadsheet?
I want to take the quantities of painted area tile area etc. please help me.

Maybe you can post your model to illustrate your problem for discussion.

ArchSpace maybe what you needs, though currently there is no 'wizard' kind of tools to fully automatically help do that.
