Test Parametric Footing using Spreadsheet control parameters(no python script)

I'm trying to use spreadsheet contain footing parameter.
when try to change a new value on the spreadsheet(named ControlParam),the model will change.
I used PartDesign to contain concrete and rebars for control position and rotation of footing's element group.
