I used the Part Workbench to create holes and openings. And no more problems.

I'm still trying to figure if that is what my videos are showing?
Anyways if what you are doing works well for you, well this is open source, there are many ways to do something.

Undoubtedly your videos help to understand this. But linguistic differences often hamper this. Only living examples help to understand this.
For example, I still can not do stairs. Video, which explained this process in detail, I have not yet found.
