0.19pre, Conflict between 2 obj importer/exporter

Post by fc_tofu »

FreeCAD_0.19.19858_x64_Conda_Py3QT5-WinVS2015
OS: Win10 X64

Summary:
There are 2 obj importer/exporter, "Alias mesh" and "Wavefront OBJ".
I found. "Wavefront" cannot successfully import .obj got from "Alias". (Nothing imported into scene.)
I donnot know the reason, so just suggest from common sense, 1 obj importer/exporter is enough if that can work well.

Will look at your file, not sure what the problem is.
But FreeCAD is specifically designed to allow more than one importer/exporter for a same file format (same as many other FOSS apps ex. Blender), and I find it a great feature, as these importers often do different things...

Thank you.
The sample file is quite simple, just a PartWB cube primitive.
